Finance Manager

About the role

Jodazen Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and control functions for its real‑estate and construction operations in Lagos. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Monitor project finances, construction budgets and real‑estate investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, VAT, PAYE, WHT, pension and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants and regulators.
• Conduct financial analysis, cost‑reduction and revenue‑optimization recommendations.
• Prepare feasibility studies and financial models for development projects.
• Manage company assets, investments and financial risks.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, construction, property development or infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
