Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

The Finance & Administration Manager will lead the firm’s financial operations and oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient office management across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions, develop policies, and improve office processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring and assist with external audits.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, manage accounts receivable and produce ageing reports.
• Process monthly payroll, maintain payroll records and handle statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with PAYE, PenCom, ITF, NSITF and other regulatory obligations, maintaining filing calendars.
• Operate and manage the Sage Accounting system, generate financial reports and recommend system improvements.
• Coordinate administrative support for client engagements, meetings, travel and procurement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage finance and administration functions in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory filing deadlines.
