Field Sales Representative – Lagos (AJAH)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to cover the AJAH area of Lagos. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Convert leads into active customers and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan daily/weekly field routes to maximize coverage.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the area.
• Report field insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
