Field Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our platform and products to organisations and individual customers across Lagos. You will be responsible for onboarding businesses, corporate organisations, and their employees onto our platform while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard businesses, corporate organisations, and their employees onto the platform.
• Generate qualified leads through field prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Convert leads into paying customers and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on the platform's features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute customer acquisition campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• 0‑1 year of previous experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
