Field Sales Agent (Lagos)

About the role

Renmoney is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to expand its presence in Lagos. You will be the front‑line representative, promoting loan, savings and fixed‑deposit products to under‑banked individuals and small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and lead generation.
• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that clearly communicate product value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide ongoing customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any field.
• No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
