Field Sales Agent

About the role

The Field Sales Agent will promote and sell MTN FibreX broadband solutions to residential and SME customers in Lagos. You will work directly in the field, generating leads, handling enquiries and ensuring smooth post‑sale onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned MTN FibreX sales targets within designated estates or clusters.
• Present, promote and sell FibreX solutions to residents, SMEs and prospects.
• Generate new leads through weekday and weekend sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Fibre Development team to drive presales and sales execution.
• Collect customer feedback and drive satisfaction initiatives in the assigned area.
• Coordinate post‑sale queries, complaints and installation workflows to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide market insights and intelligence to support business planning.
• Uphold company values, ethics and compliance standards.

Required profile

• A first degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Sciences or Management (National Diploma or Degree required).
• Knowledge of sales in telecom, ICT, FMCG or related sectors.
• Understanding of fibre broadband sales and territory sales management is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
