Field Marketing Officer (Lagos)

About the role

The Field Marketing Officer will be based in Lagos and will execute on‑the‑ground marketing campaigns for NAIJA AJOR NETWORK. Working closely with agents and distributors, you will help raise brand awareness and support sales through direct engagement with target audiences across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market visits and organise promotional events in Lagos.
• Distribute marketing materials and gather customer feedback.
• Report insights to the marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support social‑media initiatives and integrate offline activities with digital campaigns.
• Track performance metrics for field activities and travel frequently within Lagos State.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Familiarity with Lagos markets and willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
