Field Marketer

About the role

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a proactive Field Marketer to drive the expansion of its premium drinking water portfolio across Lagos. You will work directly in the market, building relationships with distributors and retail partners while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
• Achieve assigned sales volumes and revenue targets.
• Promote premium drinking water products through field sales activities and product activation campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence and provide competitor insights to the commercial team.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• Up to 24 months of experience in sales, marketing or a related field (entry‑level).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
