Field Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketer to promote CrownBak Health’s clinic services across Lagos. You will work directly with patients and the public to raise awareness and drive growth for our healthcare offerings. The role involves field‑based activities, attending community events, and collaborating with local partners to expand our patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote clinic services to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing and outreach strategies.
• Engage with patients and the community to increase clinic visibility.
• Support management in achieving patient growth and retention goals.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in healthcare marketing or working in a hospital/medical clinic.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare services and patient‑focused marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
