Field Marketer – Fintech Business Acquisition

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Field Marketer to join our fintech team in Lagos. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding small‑ and medium‑scale business customers, promoting our financial products and strengthening brand presence across targeted regions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and acquire SME customers for our fintech solutions.
- Promote products, increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads.
- Educate customers on product features, usage and benefits.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback and report trends.
- Execute marketing campaigns and achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with business owners in designated areas.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field marketing or sales role.
- Willingness to travel across Alimosho, Eti‑Osa, Ibeju‑Lekki, Sango‑Tedo, Obafemi Owode, Warewa, Arepo, Magboro and Mowe environs.
