Field Marketer – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for energetic Field Marketers to promote our HR and recruitment services across Lagos Island, Ikeja and Yaba. You will work on the ground to generate qualified leads, build relationships with business owners and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities.
• Promote the firm’s recruitment services to businesses and schedule meetings.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and client engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• At least an OND in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja or Yaba and surrounding business environments.
• Reside within or close to the preferred work location.
