Female Content Creator – Digital Media & Communications

About the role

YOURFIRM is looking for a creative, articulate, and digitally‑savvy Female Content Creator to join its Abuja office. You will translate complex HR, tax, audit and business topics into clear, engaging written and visual content for a range of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop content on Human Resources, Tax, Audit, workplace management and corporate services.
• Create social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels.
• Write articles, blog posts, website copy, newsletters, captions and marketing material.
• Design basic visual assets such as graphics, short‑form videos, carousels and other social formats.
• Maintain monthly and weekly content calendars and ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance data and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to guarantee accuracy and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven ability to research industry topics and turn them into engaging content.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills across multiple formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe creative tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for content production.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and social‑media management.
