Fashion Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Fashion Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production process for a fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure that high‑quality garments are delivered on schedule while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams to secure materials and manage lead times.
• Monitor quality control procedures and enforce compliance with brand and industry standards.
• Develop and manage production budgets, schedules and inventory plans.
• Lead and supervise production staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication across design, merchandising, logistics and sales departments to optimise workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production management, supply‑chain coordination and quality control within the fashion or related sector.
• Strong understanding of fashion manufacturing processes and production techniques.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and production schedules effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Management or a related field preferred.
