Facility/Property Manager

About the role

The Facility/Property Manager will oversee the full spectrum of commercial and residential property operations for our portfolio in Lagos. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure optimal occupancy, maintain asset value, and coordinate all facility, fleet and vendor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Market vacant residential and commercial spaces, negotiate lease terms and manage tenancy agreements in partnership with the legal team.
• Plan, budget and supervise renovations, refurbishments and capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collect rent, monitor occupancy, prepare rental income and cost reports, and support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Supervise daily facility readiness, preventive maintenance, generator fueling, air‑conditioning and office equipment upkeep.
• Oversee company vehicle fleet, track logbooks, manage registrations, permits, insurance renewals and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate third‑party service providers such as cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities, ensuring service level agreements are met.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) experience in property or facilities management.
• Proven ability to negotiate leases, manage tenant relationships and drive occupancy targets.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills, with experience handling capital‑intensive renovations.
• Excellent organizational skills to supervise maintenance schedules, fleet oversight and vendor contracts.
• Ability to work closely with legal, finance and operational teams.
