Facility Management Analyst

About the role

The Property Management Officer will support Tetra Maritime by identifying suitable properties, coordinating with brokers, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the maintenance of expatriate guest houses. This role ensures that all property-related activities align with the company’s logistics and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Propose suitable properties based on company needs.
• Engage with brokers and agents to secure options.
• Conduct site visits and verify that properties are free of litigation or encumbrances.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance of expatriate guest houses.
• Coordinate repairs, vendors, and facility service providers.
• Maintain accurate property records and generate reports.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of property due diligence and maintenance management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
