About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Loan Officer to join Oxymon Solutions Limited in Lagos. The role focuses on driving loan product sales, acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
- Identify, acquire and nurture new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s loan and financial products to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects and convert them into customers.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 4–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in a micro‑finance bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from N150,000 to N200,000 per month.
