Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO, providing high‑level administrative and operational support. This role ensures the CEO’s time is optimised, priorities are aligned across teams, and key metrics are tracked and presented clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and notes.
• Coordinate weekly priorities, translate company goals into actionable tasks, and drive follow‑ups across teams.
• Maintain the weekly CEO dashboard, updating revenue, traffic, and performance metrics.
• Document meeting outcomes, assign actions, and track completion to ensure accountability.
• Identify blockers, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Support internal meetings with clear agendas, documented outcomes, and tracked next steps.
• Assist with strategic initiatives such as partnerships, growth projects, and grant applications.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, project‑management, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of driving execution and maintaining visibility on project status.
