About the role

Join Boubid Africa as an Executive Assistant Intern and support the launch of a new business venture in the hospitality sector. This hands‑on role offers exposure to project coordination, sales support, and administrative operations while you develop professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
• Support sales and marketing coordination, including vendor and client interaction.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Help with budget planning, expense tracking, and vendor management.
• Prepare meeting notes, follow up on action items, and provide regular progress updates.
• Create presentations and, when required, present proposals to prospective clients.
• Provide general administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or university student available over the holiday period.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive learner capable of working with minimal supervision.
