About the role
Jadof College is seeking a dedicated English Language Teacher to join its faculty in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that develop students' grammar, comprehension, writing, and oral communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Assess student proficiency, provide feedback, and track progress.
- Prepare students for internal and external English examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Perform additional academic or administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
- B.A. or B.Ed in English, Education, or a related discipline.
