About the role

Pershing Hills Elementary is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Teacher to join its vibrant early years and elementary team in Lekki. You will create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and nurture a positive, creative learning environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Deliver effective classroom instruction and manage daily classroom activities.
• Provide personalized support to students to address individual learning needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices.

Required profile

• A degree in Education or a related field, with relevant teaching certifications where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for nurturing student growth.
• Knowledge of early childhood or elementary education best practices (advantageous).
