Driver

About the role

As a Driver for Hilton, you will provide safe, courteous transportation for guests, team members and hotel property while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, management and staff to and from the airport, hotel and other locations according to schedule.
• Load and unload luggage with care, greet guests warmly and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report defects and ensure all documentation, licenses and insurance are up‑to‑date.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, monitor fuel levels and coordinate servicing to keep operations uninterrupted.
• Communicate with Front Office, Concierge and Security to coordinate transfers and report any security or safety incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean record and a current medical fitness certificate.
• Minimum three years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury service environment.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic regulations and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overtime.
