About the role
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team in Lagos. The rider will be responsible for the timely and safe collection and delivery of packages, documents and other items using a company‑provided motorcycle. The role involves frequent interaction with clients and internal staff, ensuring that consignments are handled securely and that delivery standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes across the Marina area.
- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents and other consignments promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Comply with traffic regulations, company policies and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar dispatch or courier role.
- Valid rider’s permit and good knowledge of local routes.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
- Punctuality and commitment to excellent customer service.
