Digital/Social Media Executive

About the role

The Digital/Social Media Executive will lead the creation and execution of Bravopoints' online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement that supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and the company website.
• Manage content calendars to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and audience insights.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries professionally, and support community growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Support basic SEO tasks and update website content as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
