Digital Sales Executive

About the role

Bedrock Residences Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Sales Executive to drive online revenue for its hospitality and travel offerings. You will engage prospects through multiple digital channels, qualify high‑value leads, and close sales using conversational techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high‑value leads via digital prospecting, referrals, and outbound messaging.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries on WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat.
• Understand prospect needs and recommend suitable hospitality or travel packages.
• Use persuasive chat‑based selling to convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
• Identify corporate accounts, partnership opportunities, and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in hospitality, travel or lifestyle sales is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools.
