Digital Sales and Partnership Supervisor

About the role

The Digital Sales and Partnership Supervisor will lead technology‑driven sales initiatives and build strategic partnerships for micro‑insurance products. Positioned at the intersection of digital transformation, revenue growth and business development, the role supports the company’s expansion within the banking, finance and insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology‑focused initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
• Manage digital platforms for policy enrollment, premium collection, claims processing and customer engagement.
• Drive sales growth through digital channels, data‑driven marketing and innovative distribution strategies.
• Utilise CRM systems, analytics tools and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and optimise outcomes.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, SMEs, fintechs, e‑commerce platforms, mobile operators and other organisations requiring micro‑insurance solutions.
• Lead partnership onboarding, contract discussions, implementation and ongoing relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in digital sales, partnership development or technology‑enabled business growth.
• Senior‑level professional with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using analytics tools and digital reporting dashboards.
• Ability to integrate APIs and work with payment gateways, fintech platforms and third‑party applications.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for insurance policy management.
