Digital Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Shade International Entertainment Limited is seeking a senior Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead its online growth initiatives. Based in Lagos, you will shape and execute data‑driven strategies that boost brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and enhance the customer journey across multiple digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimise paid media spend on Google Ads, social platforms and other channels to meet ROI, CPA and lead‑generation targets.
• Oversee website content, performance and SEO efforts to improve organic rankings and user experience.
• Plan, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Analyse end‑to‑end customer interactions using analytics tools, identify trends and adjust spend for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to produce compelling digital assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies, platforms and best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience managing digital campaigns and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of successful, data‑driven marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
