About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Associate to join our team in Lagos. The role involves coordinating digital campaigns, supporting clients, and ensuring high‑quality content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day team activities and facilitate peer guidance.
Contribute to campaign execution and strategic planning.
Control content quality and oversee analytics and reporting.
Provide client support and maintain communication.
Manage community channels and improve processes and workflows.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
3‑6 years of digital media or PR experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven ability to manage multi‑platform digital campaigns independently.
Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced colleagues.
Strong writing ability with a portfolio of digital content.
