Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategist will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure every initiative aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing, market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to improve performance.
• Manage client budgets, track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies, oversee email marketing funnels and content marketing initiatives.
• Monitor online reputation and implement tactics to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across assets.
• Mentor junior digital marketers and support business development with strategic insights.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results-driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing detailed performance reports.
• Capability to guide and mentor junior team members.
