Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Raphael Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social‑media strategy across its multiple brands. You will create and publish engaging content, drive location‑based campaigns, and turn on‑ground project activities into compelling digital stories. This role combines creative content production with data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create and publish high‑quality posts, reels, videos, stories and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X.
• Design and manage location‑based promotional campaigns for active projects, including on‑site content capture.
• Maintain content calendars, ensure brand voice consistency, and coordinate with marketing, sales, design and project teams.
• Engage community by responding to comments, messages and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and audience behaviour to refine strategies.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and optimise campaigns.
• Plan, execute and manage paid social campaigns, handling budgeting, targeting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple brands or diverse industries.
• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong portfolio.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and SEM (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos Mainland for occasional content capture.
