Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. You will be the voice of our brand, creating and publishing content that showcases our industrial equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, content scheduling, and engagement on Facebook Business Page and VIP customer groups.
• Share company updates, product information, technical articles, and industry news.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via social platforms.
• Conduct initial needs assessments, qualify leads, and hand them over to the sales team.
• Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for TikTok.
• Identify and manage relationships with relevant industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Host regular live sessions on Facebook and TikTok to showcase products and promotions.
• Produce marketing copy, graphics, and videos for various digital campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• 2‑3 years proven digital marketing experience in packaging machinery, commercial micro‑oven, or related industrial equipment sectors.
• Completed NYSC with a full discharge certificate.
• Professional demeanor and presentable appearance for live video and KOL engagements.
• Full‑time availability; no part‑time or remote work.

Required skills

• Management of Facebook Business Suite.
• TikTok content creation, editing, and publishing.
• LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
• Basic graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
