Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

FMR Agency is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online growth initiatives for retail, fashion and FMCG brands. You will own the end‑to‑end digital strategy, optimise paid media spend and boost e‑commerce performance from our Lagos office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms.
• Track, analyse and optimise acquisition metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to improve website conversion and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow online traffic, engagement and brand visibility.
• Implement customer retention and lifecycle marketing programmes.
• Build dashboards and regular reports to monitor marketing performance.
• Optimise e‑commerce funnels and online sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in fast‑growing organisations.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Experience managing e‑commerce growth campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e‑commerce platforms.
