Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of multi‑channel digital campaigns to attract customers and strengthen the brand of Sweethomes Bathrooms. This role combines strategic planning, performance analysis, and team leadership to drive growth in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch comprehensive digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and apply customer insights to continuously optimise campaign performance.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast media spend and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee content creation, manage CMS platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Mentor internal marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND or BSc.
• At least 2 years (24 months) of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work both online and in the field.
