Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Executive to drive our online presence and convert prospects into clients for our real‑estate portfolio. The role combines social media management, paid advertising, and direct client outreach to generate qualified leads and support sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other digital channels.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through WhatsApp Business, email marketing and other communication tools.
• Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email, and follow up on inquiries.
• Schedule site inspections, client meetings and present property and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and customer databases.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, inspections and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, sales or business development, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.

What we offer

• Part‑time contract with a monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
