About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Lagos. The role focuses on creating and executing content‑driven campaigns that support business growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and overall online presence.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and acquire customers.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize content and campaigns to improve engagement, conversions and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and project objectives.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee email marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital or content marketing.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency with social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
