Digital Marketer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketer to boost our real‑estate brand’s online presence. You will design, launch, and optimise campaigns that generate high‑quality leads and increase audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, SEM and other channels.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social platforms.
• Monitor performance, produce analytics reports and refine tactics to improve ROI.
• Conduct market research, track trends and analyse competitor activity.
• Maintain and grow social media accounts with consistent brand messaging.
• Optimise website pages and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate with design, sales and content teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Build and manage email marketing flows to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital marketing tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative thinker capable of generating innovative campaign ideas.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
