Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a creative, result‑driven Digital Marketer to design, launch and optimise campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and generate sales for our retail and FMCG portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media channels, growing engagement and follower counts.
• Develop and run email marketing and customer‑retention programmes.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve rankings.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce and schedule digital assets.
• Analyse campaign data, produce performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital tools.
• Support product launches, promotions and cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
