Digital Marketer

About the role

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketer to lead online acquisition and brand awareness for its property portfolio in Lagos. You will design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that attract buyers and investors while showcasing the company’s listings across social and search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage lead‑generation campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting prospective buyers and investors.
• Create engaging property tours, neighbourhood guides and market reports using visual and design tools.
• Optimize and distribute property descriptions on the corporate website, local listing boards and, where applicable, Zillow to maximise organic visibility.
• Oversee social‑media and email marketing on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Mailchimp, nurturing leads through automated SMS and email flows.
• Monitor performance metrics such as website traffic, cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates using Google Analytics and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate or a similar high‑value sector.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality leads.
