Digital Marketer

About the role

Valjes Properties is seeking a Digital Marketer to drive its online presence and generate qualified leads for its real‑estate portfolio in Lagos. The role will focus on planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, email and display networks.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM and PPC initiatives to increase website traffic and lead volume.
• Optimise the company website, landing pages and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on social media and other digital channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and related tools.
• Generate and nurture leads, supporting the sales team to meet conversion targets.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators and sales colleagues to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Manage online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Experience in the real‑estate, property development or related sectors is an advantage.
