Digital Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketer to lead online initiatives for our banking division. You will shape and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and product launches.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and other platforms.
• Boost website performance through SEO, SEM, landing‑page optimisation and UX improvements.
• Manage social media accounts, creating campaigns that increase engagement and community growth.
• Design and optimise email and CRM campaigns using audience segmentation.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Communications and Business teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of digital marketing experience in banking, fintech or financial services.
• Professional certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication skills.
