Digital Marketer – Drive Real Estate Growth

About the role

Mshel Homes Limited is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketer to boost brand visibility and generate leads for its property portfolio. You will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and property sales.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across social media, email, content and online advertising platforms.
• Create and optimise targeted ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Produce engaging content – graphics, videos, blog posts and social updates – aligned with the brand.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Optimise the website for SEO and maintain up‑to‑date property listings.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and improve results.
• Implement lead generation tactics and manage leads through CRM tools.
• Design and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in real estate.
• Strong understanding of SEO and online advertising.
