About the role
The Deposit Mobilization Associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing retail, SME and institutional deposits for The Padana Services. The role focuses on building strong relationships with high net‑worth individuals and corporate clients to drive liability generation and retain the deposit portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Source and manage retail, SME, and institutional deposits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net‑worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Drive liability generation and ensure portfolio retention.
- Develop strategies for sustainable fund mobilization.
- Support treasury growth initiatives and funding campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in deposit mobilization, wealth management, treasury marketing, or relationship management.
- Proven track record in deposit sourcing and client retention.
- Strong network of HNIs, corporates, and investment clients.
- Excellent relationship management and business development abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a strong capacity to achieve targets.
