Customer Service Representative – WhatsApp & Telegram

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, orders and payments through WhatsApp and Telegram. You will play a key role in driving daily sales and ensuring a smooth buying experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Handle the full order cycle from inquiry to confirmation and payment verification.
• Record orders accurately in Google Sheets and keep order status up‑to‑date.
• Post product listings daily in designated WhatsApp groups to generate sales.
• Organise and sort goods for accurate fulfillment.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales and order reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support factory MOQ goals.
• Take clear, attractive product photos for marketing purposes.
• Provide excellent service to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, online sales or order management.
• Strong written communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask across multiple conversations.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets for record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and Telegram as sales channels.
