Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join iLotBet’s support team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience across our betting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow‑up calls to engage and retain customers.
• Assist users with account‑related issues such as registration, login, and transactions.
• Escalate complex issues through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Record and document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Residence in Lagos.
