About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Rekrut Consulting in Lagos. The role involves handling customer enquiries through various channels and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk‑in.
Process orders and follow up on customer requests.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

Minimum qualification of an OND.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
