Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inbound calls and providing timely assistance. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting sales lead generation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of incoming calls and generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools.
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call‑handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions within set time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.

Required profile

• Minimum academic qualification of a BSc or equivalent in any field.
• Completed NYSC.
• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• Male or female candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position.
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.
• On‑site work at our Surulere and Victoria Island offices in Lagos.
