CRS Educator

About the role

The CRS Educator will join Aaresther Divine School in Marina, Lagos, delivering secondary‑level instruction and supporting student development. This full‑time position requires creating engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and collaborating with school leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Create lesson plans that are engaging, informative, and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Implement a curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and technology to support learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to the head of school.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on school‑wide initiatives and programs.
• Participate in professional development to stay current on educational best practices.
• Attend meetings outside regular school hours as required.

Required profile

• NCE qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary curricula and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
• Commitment to student learning and success.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residence within the Ejigbo and Oshodi axis of Lagos State.
