Creative Studio Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Creative Studio Assistant to support daily operations in our fashion studio in Lagos. The role combines administrative duties with basic content creation to keep the studio running smoothly and help deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and studio support for daily activities.
• Assist in creating basic photos and videos for digital use.
• Organise studio materials, maintain a tidy workspace and manage studio logistics.
• Support customer service interactions and client communications when needed.
• Coordinate fittings, deliveries and studio appointments.
• Perform general office tasks and help with studio logistics.

Required profile

• OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in administration, studio support or customer service.
• Interest or background in fashion is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Must reside in Ikeja, Maryland, Anthony, or Ogbá area.
• Full‑time availability (Mon‑Fri and alternate Saturdays) and smart dressing (no slippers).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Basic photo and video creation skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
