Corporate Sales Officer – Business Development

About the role

The Corporate Sales Officer will drive new business acquisition for Whip‑Smart Service Providers Limited, focusing on recruitment, outsourcing and HR solutions. You will work closely with corporate and non‑corporate clients across Lagos to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities from corporate and non‑corporate clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Pitch recruitment, outsourcing and HR services, delivering presentations and product demos.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts in line with company standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and update CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in HR, recruitment or service‑based industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
