Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will lead CapitalSage Holdings' group financing function, overseeing fund raising, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation across all entities. This senior role provides critical financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions and ensure disciplined financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and execution of funding from DFIs, banks, and capital markets, evaluating debt and equity options.
• Develop and implement funding plans aligned with cash flow forecasts, business performance, and risk appetite.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity for all group entities, preparing projections and coordinating with financial controllers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate interest rate, FX, and liquidity risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Track financial covenants, credit line usage, and reporting requirements.
• Produce financial analysis, budgeting, scenario modelling, and periodic performance reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with the Head of Treasury to maintain strong banking and lender relationships.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 84 months (7 years) of corporate finance experience.
• Proven track record in capital markets fundraising, cash management, and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external investors.
