Content Creator/Scriptwriter

About the role

King Bell Homes Ltd is looking for a creative Content Creator/Scriptwriter to produce engaging scripts and copy for property marketing. You will work closely with the cinematography team and the sales & marketing department to bring our real‑estate listings to life across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts for property walkthroughs, promotional videos and social media reels.
• Develop content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
• Craft captions, blog posts and brand copy for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the cinematographer to plan shoots based on scripted concepts.
• Research trends and competitor content to keep messaging fresh.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• Monitor content performance and adjust scripts or strategy based on engagement data.
• Support the sales & marketing team with copy for ads, flyers and campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mass Communication, English, Theatre Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in scriptwriting, content creation or copywriting; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Strong writing ability with a clear, persuasive, brand‑appropriate voice.
• Familiarity with social media formats such as reels, shorts and carousels.
• Basic understanding of SEO and engagement metrics.
• Portfolio of previous scripts, captions or other content.
